E. F. (Buddy) Hucks, is a Certified General Appraiser in both South and North Carolina.

He received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administrtion degree from Francis Marion University in 1981. He has been advising clients, including lenders, investors and developers, on real estate fundamentals and Grand Strand market particulars since1991.

He understands the history of, and possibilities for, the Grand Strand real estate market.

With his team of appraisers and consultants, he has advised and helped many local, regional and national lenders and developers with their Grand Strand Projects. He is considered an authority on the various unique aspects of developing and/or owning real

estate in this coastal market.

Ann Flueckiger  has been involved in real estate analyses and consulting since 1984 specializing in mrket studies and financial analysis. She has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from Muskingum College.

Field Hucks has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University. He has a real estate broker licenses in both South and North Carolina. He has recently completed the course work and testing to receive the CCIM ( Certified Commercial

Investment Member ) designation. A CCIM is recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and Investment real estate, and an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner , investor and user.
